Introduction：

Our Animal Feed Equipments mainly include miniature hammer mills, mixers, dosing machines, granulators, extruders, coolers, packaging machines and other products, which provide complete customized solutions for grinding and batching feed. Our machine reaches a temperature of 81 or higher in the process of feed granulation, so as to remove Salmonella. Compared with powder, the pellet feed produced by us is cleaner and has less dust during transportation. In addition, the durability of particles in storage is longer than that of dietary feed, so they are used in the grinding, mixing, granulating and other processes of animal feed.

1. Our Animal Feed Equipment adopts cylinder structure, occupies a small area, can hold more raw materials and has a reasonable structure.

2. The feed particles produced by it are approximately spherical, with good fluidity, and can be mixed and granulated in the same closed container and the process meets GMP specifications.

3. Compared with the traditional process, the technology of our machine can reduce the use of adhesive by 25% in manufacturing, and accelerate the drying time. The whole operation has strict safety protection measures.

Auxiliary equipment list:

1. Grease adding equipment: add grease/molasses according to the component content, and add the nutrition and palatability of feed.

2. Conveying equipment: conveying materials/feed products from one machine to the next.

3. Boiler: Provide high-temperature steam to the air container used for granulation in the granulator.

4. Electrical control system: used to automatically control the whole process.

5. Air compression: Provide compressed air for the whole production line.

6. Spare parts: refers to all parts that may need to be replaced in the process of feed production, and their service life may be different due to different processing.

In order to make sure all equipments we peoduced are qualified to our customers, we have a professional QC team to control the feed equipments production, and they have strict QC standard from the raw mateiral till machinery packing & delivery loading in our factory, such as irregular sampling of raw materials, full inspection of finished equipment, rationality of semi-finished materials, quality inspection of welding and assembly, appearance and packaging etc.
